The Tunturi nylon skipping rope (14TUSFU159) can be used in a variety of ways: Muscle training, balance training, coordination training, cardiovascular training or just for leisure. The rope is 280 cm long and made of nylon. The handles are made of lightweight wood and coated so that they are easy to clean and remain hygienic for a long time. Additional weights on the wrist and legs or a weight waistcoat can be used to increase the level of difficulty and load. These are also available in our online shop in the accessories section.
