In addition to strength training on land, strength training in the water and learning the optimum swimming technique is therefore also an important aspect. With the Zaosu paddles, you can combine technique and strength training with one piece of training equipment. The ergonomically shaped swimming paddles from ZAOSU are available in three different sizes and have been adapted precisely to the needs of swimmers and triathletes. The high-quality swimming paddles can be used for learning the crawl technique or in swimming lessons for children to check and optimise the hand position when entering the water. An optimised hand position gives you maximum feel for the water and a high level of pressure. If the hand position is not optimal, you will notice this very quickly with the ZAOSU swimming paddles because you will be dragging past the water. Advanced swimmers and triathletes can use the paddles to increase their strength during short sprints and thus achieve a better swimming position. Our paddles are equipped with straps and silicone for a secure hold during swimming training. This allows you to adjust the hand paddles individually.
