Hi, I've just bought this product but unfortunately the red plate for the CH bike carrier is too small and it doesn't fit the plate holder on the thule XT2.

That's what I thought at first. You have small rectangles in 2 or 3 places on the surface where the licence plate is to be placed, which you can break out. You can then clip these into the designated places. So it also fits the CH number plate.
