Yes, and it is also forbidden to exceed the speed limit by car. And yet almost everyone regularly drives too fast. Even in 30-mph zones past schools. I rarely see the police flashing lights there. But thanks for the tip, it doesn't stop me from pulling my son up the mountain on a forest path and introducing him to mountain biking. I'll be much less likely to meet a policeman there. 😉
