The Alpina ACH 2.2 shredder shreds branches and twigs to an easy-to-handle and compostable size. Shredding the material also shortens the time it takes for the material to decompose. The shredder can be used to produce humus (compost) to keep your soil and plants healthy and nutrient-rich, as it shreds and compacts everything in a very small space.  Thanks to the 2 wheels, the handle and its low weight of 11 kg, it is easy to transport.  With the Alpina ACH 2.2 shredder, you can dispose of garden waste in an ecological and efficient way thanks to its 2200 watt electric motor.  Shredding system with 2 reversible blades.  Maximum cutting diameter: 40 mm.  Caution: Avoid grinding only grass and leaves, as these can get stuck in the access channel to the grinder, which cannot pull the material into the grinding chamber.  50 litre collection bag and pusher are supplied as standard.  Main features Shredding system with 2 reversible knives.  It is based on a rotating disc on which two blades are mounted. When a branch is inserted into the machine, the blade cuts it into small splinters that can be composted or spread on the flower beds.  The blades are made of high-strength, hardened steel.  The central lid is used to open the cover of the shredder in case the blades need to be changed or to allow quick access in case of blockage or normal inspection. The switch on the right-hand side is used to switch the machine on and off.  Includes collection bag and plastic pusher.
