The 12-fold gear ratio ensures powerful cutting of branches with a diameter of up to 32 mm. The new adjustable clearing hook provides additional comfort. This makes it easy to remove the cut branches from the treetop. The Gardena StarCut 160 plus has an internal pull strap that prevents entanglement in the branches during pruning. The extra light and narrow cutting head allows comfortable and accurate cutting even near the trunk. The cutting angle is individually adjustable from the floor. The precision-ground, non-stick coated knives reduce resistance during cutting and are easy to clean. The internal steel gearbox is particularly robust and durable. The 12-fold gear ratio provides noticeably more cutting power. With the adjustable clearing hook on the stem, cut branches can be easily removed from the treetop. The pulling sleeve with anti-slip stop and an additional T-handle ensure comfortable and safe handling and even greater reach. This is about 3.5 m with the user.
