The Gira Switch Actuator Door Communication 128900 is a switch actuator designed for controlling lights, operating a door opener at side doors, or other functions via the Gira door communication bus. It allows for the control of a potential-free switching contact of 230 V and 10 A through the 2-wire bus.

The switch actuator can be controlled via the "Door" and "Light" buttons on the apartment station, the call button at the door station, as well as the call button at the apartment station. It can operate in five different modes: Switching, Timer s, Timer min, Pulse, and Door Opener. The pulse function is used to control existing stairwell automats.

A binary input allows for the switching of functions via a connected mechanical button. The switching time depends on the selected function and can be continuously adjusted from 1 to 10 seconds or from 1 to 10 minutes.

Notes: The switch actuator is intended for installation in the distribution board. If this is not possible, use a standard surface-mounted distributor. With this component, the setup of door communication systems with more than 30 participants is possible.
