The Klauke Micro with intuitive PowerSense function combines the advantages of manual crimping pliers with the convenience of battery-operated hydraulic crimping tools, providing excellent crimping results with minimum effort. It features interchangeable inserts for 50 series dies, single lever operation for control of all tool functions, and electronic control with a locking function that monitors the complete closing of dies.

Additional features include motor blocking protection in case of incorrect operation, ergonomic 2K housing in Klauke in-line design, and a fastening eye for use with a balancer or as drop protection in outdoor applications. The tool is lightweight and low maintenance, with high speed for maximum efficiency. It has powerful drive technology for fatigue-free working, a Li-Ion battery with a charge level indicator, and an LED light for illumination of the crimping point and working area.

The automatic return activates after the crimping operation is completed, with a manual return option by operating the lever in the opposite direction. It also includes a multi-function LED for maintenance display and data transfer via optical interface and USB adapter, along with project-related logging with the Klauke i-press software package.
