Thanks to our 6-piece system extension, you have even more possibilities: This is guaranteed by the Divide & Conquer system, which allows you to grill on two levels at the same time. This is made possible by the so-called deflector stones, with which you can create different heat zones. Used correctly, they create areas with direct and/or direct heat, depending on your needs. Both deflector stones placed together turn your Kamado into a convection cooker, in which the heat is distributed more evenly. This also gives you more grilling surface and allows you to conjure up a perfectly coordinated grill menu - for example, meat on the bottom and vegetables on top. Thanks to the cross-shaped shelf, you can also integrate a pizza stone or - for friends of Asian cuisine - a wok.

Important care tips

Of course you know how to clean stainless steel. But what about the very sensitive ceramic parts? All residue on the pizza stone should have burnt to ash. After it has cooled down, simply clean it carefully with a ceramic hob scraper or a Japanese spatula. Stains will remain, but they are normal and completely harmless. A pizza stone will only be completely stain-free if you carefully sand it with fine sandpaper.
