Applications: Flexible hose for high throughput of abrasive powder, bulk material, granulate, and gases. Suitable for the conveyance of dry and frozen foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals, vacuum and suction conveyor, dosing system, tablet compressing machine, mixer, dryer, packaging machine, big-bag filling/emptying, mill, aircraft, train, and boat for toilet waste disposal. Also used in industrial vacuum and dust vacuum cleaners, agriculture for pneumatic grain conveyor, and animal stable for feedstuff conveyance, system, and transport. In the paper industry for soiled water and exhaust air, and in industrial washing machines as a wash water hose.

Characteristics: Heavy-duty type, highly abrasion-resistant, increased pressure and vacuum strength, approved according to EU Ordinance 10/2011 and the latest Ordinance 2015/174 by an independent testing institute for the entire hose. Polyurethane food-grade compatible according to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010, germ and hydrolysis-resistant, odour and taste-free, good oil, benzene, and chemical resistance, very good cold flexibility, flame-retardant according to UL94-V2, in accordance with DIN 26057 Type 3, RoHS conforming, and manufacturing process in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006.

Construction: 1. Spring steel wire cast into the wall fixed, 2. Wall: special Premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR®), 3. Thickness of wall approximately 1.4 - 1.5mm.

Temperature range: -40 °C to 90 °C, temporarily up to +125 °C.
