It depends on what you need the tool for. All parts from Dremel also fit Bosch.

I bought extra dremel attachments for metal (because the bosch originals were not available in the DIY store) and had to shorten around 40 metal hooks (approx. 2mm diameter). I had a lot of wear on the attachments (10 pieces) and a lot of smoke. So it's ok for a few screws. if you mainly cut metal, I think I'd rather choose an oscillating device.

Yes, Dremel is also part of Bosch and the Dremel parts fit. This is what I use.

Comes in the package without battery and without L-Boxx. Battery can be purchased separately. All standard Bosch 12V and 10.8V batteries fit. 123V and 10.8V battery are the same, only the name has changed.
