The tile cutter fully meets the requirement. When used appropriately, it gives the best results. Precise cutting and ease of use are 2 main features. For the ambitious do-it-yourselfer, this purchase is definitely worthwhile - be careful when using it on uneven (textured) tiles, as the cut may not work and you may have to switch to a cutting disc. But that has nothing to do with this device.
