I have the doorbell for a few months in use (beta program, which I will not say anything about, however).
I had de facto zero problems with it. The Homekit integration works great (even though HSV is missing at the moment - but will be added according to Netatmo). The image quality is excellent, even if the design takes a little getting used to: the image has the larger angle vertically and not horizontally - so you can not monitor the whole garden, but really "only" the area directly in front of the door. For this you can also really see who is standing there or if a package was delivered.
The image and sound quality are very good, especially in direct comparison with the Ring Doorbell. Also, the person detection (only people are recognized, but not faces) works reliably.
The installation is very simple. The good thing is that the doorbell supports most standards used in Switzerland: works with 230V and with low voltage (8-16V) installations.
The data is stored on the internal memory and only on request on a FTP server or Dropbox. Homekit Secure Video is not yet available, but should come soon.
What I still miss: the minimum deletion period of recordings is one week with Netatmo. In Switzerland, however, one day is mandatory. Also, no areas on the videos can be blackened - should be here (which is fortunately not the case with me, I have the whole thing only mounted on the back door) the public area with on the picture, the use in this country is rather questionable from the legality. Both can e.g. the Ring doorbells.
Via Alert Zones, however, at least individual areas can be excluded from the motion detection.
Overall: great camera, does not disappoint. The price is also relative, since, unlike the competition, no subscription is required.

The bell was a whole day together with an expensive paid electrician tried to install. There were always various different error messages. Lastly, the bell worked for about 5 minutes, after which it was disconnected again and not recoverable. All specifications (fast 2.4 GHz WLAN, compatible (existing) chime, etc. were observed and also checked by the electrician). The device was also reset to factory settings and all suggestions from Netatmo tried. Until last there was no solution and the bell can not be used. Conclusion: never again Netatmo.

The smart video doorbell has been in operation for a few days. The installation went well and so far everything is working fine. After installation, I had the problem that my doorbell buzzed very loudly, but that was over after half an hour.
I was a bit worried that it takes too long until the notification is triggered when someone rings. But the delay is really very short.
The image quality is not outstanding in my opinion, but good enough to recognize people.

Only problems with installation. Once already sent back for repair. The repaired one has another installation problem. The rest does not work. Netatmo does not respond. Shame to spend the money

It took me a whole day to get the doorbell connected, then it disconnected. I have since managed to reconnect it, but it disconnects after a few minutes. This product is unusable.
