Whether for conventional, direct grilling on the open grill or indirect grilling with a closed lid: everything succeeds perfectly on the non-stick coated, round grill plate. Steaks are given the typical grill pattern on the ribbed surface and fish is gently cooked on the smooth surface. With the lid closed, even large pieces of meat, such as grilled chicken, can be prepared tender and juicy. The grilling temperature can be monitored by means of the temperature display on the lid. The solid column offers a comfortable working height and the grilling utensils are conveniently kept ready on the shelf with practical hooks. Hinged lid, grill plate, grease drip tray and regulator are removable for easy cleaning.
