This is the TomTom GO 6200 - the smarter, faster navigation device with better connectivity and built-in SIM card. Wi-Fi connectivity eliminates the need for a computer to update. Security and connectivity with voice control, handsfree and smartphone notifications. Use TomTom MyDrive to plan routes on your smartphone and your navigation device is ready when you get in the car. Free lifelong map updates, traffic and radar camera updates are included - you can even receive warnings about section controls (on request). No roaming charges for journeys abroad. 6 inch display.

Navigationsgerät oder App? Kommt auch auf den Nutzer an! Entscheidend für die Wahl des Navis ist, welcher Typ Autofahrer es nutzt. Vielfahrer haben andere Ansprüche als Gelegenheitsnutzer, Generation Smartphone hat eine andere Einstellung zu Apps als viele ältere Autofahrer. TomTom ist dicht an Garmin dran. Das Go 6200 punktet mit der integrierten SIM-Karte, die Verkehrsinfos auch ohne gekoppeltes Smartphone aus dem Netz empfangen kann und deshalb stets aktuell ist. Die Suchleiste des TomTom gefällt, die Bedienung ist wegen des reduzierten Designs manchmal etwas kompliziert. Gelegentlich hakt die Software.
