HEX stands for High Excursion. These woofers are available in models with 2500 W and 5000 W RMS in 12-, 15-, and 18-inch variants, featuring enormous magnets with diameters of 220 mm, 250 mm, and 280 mm that deliver ground-shaking bass. The 3- and 4-inch voice coils with a winding height of 75 mm allow the woofer to maintain full electrical control while moving in its 2-way linear motion of 70 mm. Large excursion and xmax mean that the woofer moves huge amounts of air, producing incredible bass and immense air pressure. The 10-inch Nomex spider ensures ultimate control.
