The flanging machine features two rollers with a working depth of 177 mm. These have a bulged and a recessed shape, also known as positive and negative forms. They roll the channel-shaped indentations into the material.

The rollers are manually operated via a crank and can bend sheets up to a thickness of 0.8 mm. Depending on the desired curvature and the existing material thickness, the distance and roller angle are adjusted accordingly.
