With this tester, you can easily set, calibrate and check the injector opening pressure. The device is suitable for all diesel injectors with the exception of CDI injectors and pump-nozzle units.

Thanks to its universal application, the tester is ideal for carrying out leak, spray and chatter characteristic tests on nozzle sizes R, S and T as well as for checking the opening pressure, atomisation pattern, nozzle tightness, jet shape and snarl characteristics.

The test device has an approx. 9 cm (3.5") pressure gauge with a test range of 0 to 600 bar (0-60 Mpa), a 400 mm long hand lever and a fuel tank made of sturdy iron with an integrated filter. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the tester is suitable for daily use in workshops and garages.
