Product details
A vice is an essential piece of equipment for a well-equipped workbench. This Heavy Duty vice is particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications. It impresses with its high hardness, durability, and stable body.
With this Heavy Duty vice, everything is held securely and in the correct position. This is ensured by the front jaw, the fixed jaw, and the spindle handle. The workpiece to be processed is clamped between the two jaws. The fixed jaw is mounted on the base body and cannot be moved from its position. The front jaw sits on a guide rail and can be moved forward and backward.
The vice has a jaw width of 150 mm and features a trapezoidal thread. The spindle can be reliably tightened and loosened using the thread and the spindle nut. This allows the clamping range of the jaws to be individually adjusted to the size of the workpieces.
The design of the vice allows it to be mounted on the workbench, so the rear jaw extends over the workbench. This is important when long objects, such as pipes, need to be clamped vertically. In addition to its clamping function, this vice also features a generous anvil (9.5 cm x 8.8 cm), where additional tasks such as hammering or punching can be performed.
