Electrode welding machines are ideal for welding tasks in both professional and DIY settings. They are often used in workshops or outdoors, as they can be operated flexibly under almost any conditions.

MMA welding is a manual welding process where a coated stick electrode serves as both the arc carrier and filler material. It is also referred to as gas-shielded welding, arc welding, or manual arc welding.

An arc melts the coated electrode and the weld joint. As the coating melts, slag and shielding gases are produced, which protect the weld pool and the weld seam from oxidation.

Several functions facilitate operation by igniting the arc (TIG-lift and Hot-Start), stabilizing it (Arc-force), and preventing the welding electrode from sticking to the workpiece (Anti-stick). For safety, the device is equipped with overheating and overload protection as well as VRD.

The compact electric welding machine with a carrying handle is particularly lightweight and handy. This increases flexibility and mobility during welding tasks, allowing access to hard-to-reach joints.

The MMA welding machine can be operated from a standard household socket. The required welding current depends on factors such as the thickness of the workpiece and the diameter of the electrode. These parameters can be adjusted on the machine. The welding device works with 1.6–5 mm electrodes, making it suitable for a sheet thickness of 1.5–5 mm.

Essential accessories such as a ground cable with clamp and welding cable with electrode holder are included. A welding shield serves as eye protection against UV radiation. For post-processing, a wire brush with a slag hammer is provided.
