When these pipes are cut, their profile is flattened.
Then installing fittings on them can lead to leaks and very costly repairs.
YATO calibrators also combine the function of an internal and external deburrer.
Each size of calibrator has special inner and outer blades on both sides.
Thanks to this design, all the pipes processed are calibrated at the same time to give them a perfectly round cross-section that ensures the tightness of the joint, and then deburred to smooth the edges and press the pipe evenly to the end of the fitting.

Purpose/Application
Designed for calibrating PEX-AL.-PEX or PERT-AL.-PERT pipes with diameters of Ø16/20/25 mm

Use
Insert the calibrator into the pipe as far as it will go, turning it clockwise and anticlockwise.
Then deburr the tip by making two to three 360 degree turns.
