Do I have to buy additional Thule roof racks? If so, which ones? (We have a VW Tiguan). Is this box compatible with the VW Tiguan?

Hello, this roof box fits on a VW Tiguan, I bought this roof box. I had a VW Tiguan Jg. 2017. It fits, respectively you need:
Roof rack: Thule WingBar Evo 127
Foot kit: Thule Evo Raised Rail

I recommend the Thule Go Pack Set for luggage. With it, no piece of luggage slides back and forth: Thule GoPack Set

And another tip: always leave the keys in the vehicle. It once happened to me that we set off and forgot the keys. You can't put the roof box on without the keys, so we had to turn back... And always take the Nm Imbuss with you to tighten it.

The best thing to do is to use the Thule tool on their website to find out what you need for your type of car.
But basically you always need the box, the corresponding crossbars and the mounting on the vehicle. There are about five different carriers from Thule, I think about four of them are approved for the box. There are many more for the feet, because they have to be different depending on the vehicle. If you already have carriers you can try to mount the box on them, I don't know if Thule approves that. But the fixing mechanism is a kind of clamp that closes around the carrier, so it should work with different carriers (not official #Itisnotmyresponsibility).
