It doesn't matter what you want to hear. I use frequency 108.0, and so far it has worked without a hitch in the whole of CH. Set the radio to frequency 108.0, set the transmitter to 108.0, connect the transmitter via Bluetooth to your smartphone (or any other device that can play audio via Bluetooth) and off you go.
