This aircraft, which evolved from the Bf-109 G series around autumn 1944, was very similar to the G series. It differed from its predecessors only in some details of the engine, the armament and the cabin pressure. It was believed that the first K machines were used on 1 January 1945 in the infamous German attack on Allied airfields in liberated areas.
