Under the tiltable driver's cab, you will find the proven and robust Tamiya truck technology. A powerful electric motor delivers its power to the two rear axles via a switchable 3-speed transmission. A detailed aluminum ladder frame provides the model with the necessary stability and flexibility. With the optionally available multifunction unit, nearly all sound and light functions of the original can be simulated. The original is powered by a 15.6-liter inline 6-cylinder diesel engine (Euro 6 Bluetec) with 463 kW (630 hp) and can transport loads of up to 250 tons. The Mercedes-Benz Actros 2 made its debut in 2011 and was named "Truck of the Year" in 2012. Required accessories: 6-channel remote control, 1 steering servo, 1 shift servo, battery, charger, batteries for the transmitter. The Tamiya multifunction unit MFC-03 is recommended for operation.
