A culinary adventure for the whole family

Remy is a rat. However, he is a very special rat, as Remy possesses a highly developed sense of taste and smell. Unlike his relatives, he has no interest in waste and spoiled food; he appreciates delicious ingredients and fine spices. Remy loves the art of cooking above all else and idolizes the French master chef Auguste Gusteau. One day, Remy must leave his family and home in a hurry. Under dramatic circumstances, he flees to Paris. During this escape, the spirit of the now-deceased master chef Gusteau appears to him and guides him to the roof of his former restaurant.
