When checking for sobriety, if the result is above 0.20 ppm, three short beeps are heard and the red LED lights continuously. The EC3 breathalyzer features a bright display that shows sobriety results in parts per thousand, as well as various warning messages. It has a memory for measurements taken and a test counter.
