Application:
- Fill the bottle to the top of the rib with lukewarm water.
- Add one effervescent tablet to the bottle. (Multi-Gyn effervescent tablets)
- Screw the applicator onto the bottle and wait until the effervescent tablet has completely dissolved.
- Carefully insert the applicator into the vagina so that it is comfortable for you. Make sure that the shower liquid can flow out unhindered.
- Squeeze the bottle gently but fully once to clean the vagina. The bottle does not need to be emptied completely.
- After use, rinse the bottle and applicator briefly with clean, warm water. |
