Hey, please make sure the scale is on a level floor - put the scale somewhere else, does it still show a wrong weight? Or try putting a 6-pack of water on it and see if the weight is correct. As soon as you have created a profile with all the data in the app, the connection via Bluetooth should work without any problems - I had the problem at the beginning that I couldn't connect. It was because I didn't allow the app to get my location. After that it worked.

Yes, you can. You can stand on the scale every morning and read your result on your mobile phone. From body fat, to muscle mass ect, everything is displayed immediately and also whether you have lost or gained weight. I love this scale and can only recommend it. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right.
