Beurer EM 50
I bought this not expecting it to work that well. But it does so much so I need not take any painkillers. for someone who experiences terrible cramps, this is a welcome relief.
Pro
For me, I couldn't replace the ibuprofen pills with this device, but it did help in drastically reducing my dosage. Also, it is a life saviour when I have sudden severe cramps and even ibuprofen doesn't work (or I have to wait until the dose kicks in).

I would like a more powerful battery or a battery replacement function. With the current battery power, I have just under an hour of rest, after which I have to charge the Tens and therefore still take pain medication. In addition, in my version, the heat is activated first when I switch it on, but this makes little sense, as I can supply myself with the heat in another way, but not with the electrical impulses. Therefore, a woman should be able to set the Tens function with the first press and only then the heat.

... for the price it is worth it for women with more severe pain to at least try it. I could test it now a few times, the heat already helps and feels very good. The electro impulses you set at your own discretion, for me is level 3 the right, level 4 tickles. I would say that it has fulfilled its purpose for me and has relieved my pain, could also be coincidence but the pain was also less long there than usual. I could also wear it while doing housework, I personally don't feel it at all, it feels like it's a plaster.
also that here a usb-c was built contributes to the satisfaction for me, a small difference that makes a lot of difference and contributes to the fact that the device appears more valuable.
Pro
The advantage with menstrual is that as soon as you turn it on, the pain is reduced or even disappears. On the other hand, being round, the gel does not stick completely on the skin. I have to lie down.

Since I have had the copper IUD, my menstrual cramps have also increased massively and I had to take at least 3 ibuprofen a day to be able to cope with the pain.
Since Menstrual Relax I have been able to reduce this consumption to one tablet in order to regulate the pain peaks.
I can only recommend it.
