I would recommend this appliance for infrequent use.
It works well, but is a little less robust. It has two channels, each feeding two electrodes. The intensity of the two channels can be adjusted separately.
As I mentioned in the title, it helped free me from a particularly painful case of sciatica. So I recommend it, despite its faults, particularly :
- It would be nice if it offered a tightening system with headbands in addition to the gel cushions. But on the other hand, none of the competitors offer this option either.
- It's impossible to use the device without the manual because the types of stimulation are not named but numbered and you have to use the tables in the manual to find your way around.
- Navigating the menus is not intuitive, but you get the hang of it.
The device sets the intensities of the two channels to zero when it is paused or when a programme is completed. This means that you have to keep adjusting these intensities.
- Charging will not work if the device is connected to a USB-C PD (Power Delivery) charger. It is therefore essential to use a USB-A port for charging. This is somewhat surprising, given that the device itself has a USB-C port. It should therefore be 'Power Delivery' compatible, which is the standard used by all current USB-C chargers.

Use mainly for TENS and massage programs and find my issues improve after 20-30minute program. Haven't got above about half power, as that has been plenty where I need it.

Am positively surprised by the effect and the simple handling. The gel pads can be reused a few times, but unfortunately not forever... Helps so far well with pain treatment and does good.
