I have returned the cushion
Motor very weak, squeaks when massaging.
Not as expected
I have tried another Cheaper brands and works much better than this one. It has Remote control just for turn the direction. Just 1 speed.

Fantastic product that helped my back tremendously. It would be even better if we had at least a 2-level massage power setting. Anyway, for this price, it’s surely a 10/10
