Longer hair is not cut cleanly
Conclusion after a year of use: Shortening a longer beard with it, e.g. everything to 9mm, is a challenge. The hairs are only pushed aside instead of being cut off. Short cuts and e.g. nose hair trimmers are good.

Quite bad
This one I really don’t recommend. For beard trimming it’s ok but not great, takes a long time. The blade and overall product looks and feels cheap.
The body shaving part is horrific, cuts the skin and doesn’t provide close shave. Similar product from Panasonic that I used for years had none of these issues.Pro

Product good, delivery mediocre
The product is great.
Only the message from the Galaxus computer that the part would soon be handed over to the post office, on a Saturday evening, is nonsense. After that, there was even a postal code. But the post office didn't know the number because the package hadn't been handed over yet.
It then took another week.
I find this scam, which is increasingly being used by many online retailers, to make the customer believe that the order will soon be on its way, but nobody knows when, simply embarrassing.
That's what happens when the computer has bad algorithms....
I have no problems waiting a few days. But stay honest and change this asap. Sucks more than it should. 🤣🤣
