Planned obsolescence
Already for the third time, a handset broke exactly two years after the expiration of the warranty period. The third time I had therefore solved an extended warranty and guess what happened: When I wanted to send the device because of defect in the service, it never arrived mysteriously at the service provider SERTRONIC. Easy handling, good cleaning of tartar, lies well in the hand

Toothbrush perse OK really but already replaced 3 times under warranty.
The toothbrush is really top! BUT I had to return it already 3 times and got each time a new one, after about 12 months battery goes kaputt or the buttons. Really a pity.

Not worth a franc
This product is a cheek.
I have had the expensive Diamond Clean so far. This somewhat inexpensive model is definitely not to be recommended, too weak performance. Anyone who has had other sonic brushes notices this immediately...manual toothbrush always better!

- Protective function not an argument, as Diamond Clean is much stronger.
