    Excellent addition to any workout

I bought this Trigger Point Grid Foam Roller when I came across Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) on the internet. The idea behind it is simple: it's about releasing tension in muscles by stimulating certain trigger points. So I wanted to give it a try.

Since I have been using this roller, I am less tense and can also use previously unused strength potential! I can recommend it to anyone who often feels tense.

Tip: There is also a harder roller from this brand. It is best to order this and the massage ball of the same brand!

Easy to take along, could be harder but the different structures are optimal.
