As there is no way to contact Galaxus when there is a problem with an order for the second time we therefore use the reviews section to ask Galaxus to please send us a return label.
After the parcel arrived damaged with its content leaking we cancelled the order and explicitly mentioned we did not wish for a replacement.

I cannot understand
The mop is a very "windy", wobbly frame that makes sensible mopping almost impossible, and the surface area of the mop is also very small and not suitable for all floors.
I received it as a gift, but I wouldn't buy it.
Conclusion:
A lot of advertising, a lot of tare, neither functional nor sustainable
Too wet so the first few passes will be plenty of slosh on the floor.
