Why can't I pay by invoice?

We want to make shopping as easy as possible for you. That's why, in addition to other payment methods, you may pay by invoice once you’ve passed a credit check. We evaluate the risk that you will not pay your bills. If the risk is too high, this payment method is deactivated. The option is also deactivated if we have not had enough payment experiences with you.

Payment by invoice is also not possible if your order costs more than your credit limit allows. The same applies if you have reached your credit limit with unpaid orders.

What does the credit check include?

Based on your previous payment history and secondary factors, we calculate a payment probability between 0% and 100%. This probability determines whether the payment option is available to you and how high your credit limit is.

How can I increase my credit limit?

You immediately increase your limit by paying outstanding bills. If you pay invoices reliably and quickly, we will react by increasing your credit limit. Therefore, make sure to use the same customer account for all orders to maintain your payment history.
