20 years of Pokémon: Two super fans talk about their love for Pikachu, Milotic and co.

Pokémon is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and is coming up with numerous goodies and new features. Minh Dat and David have been fans from the very beginning. I met them and was whisked away into the fascinating world of Pikachu and co.

The two Galaxus employees Minh Dat (26) and David (20) have loved Pokémon for as long as they can remember and are real experts in the field. "I got my first Pokémon-themed Gameboy for my 5th birthday with the 1st generation game Pokémon Yellow," says David. Although Pokémon is more than just a childhood memory for the two loyal fans, they are always particularly beautiful. Minh Dat explains: "I used to play a game all night long to catch a Pokémon. Today, I can read everything on the internet. You used to have to exchange information and help each other." And David explains: "We used to connect two Gameboys with a cable to swap Pokémon from one game to the other."
