I have now had the experience several times that deliveries from Digitec/Galaxus have not been delivered as planned despite having placed an order on time and confirmed the delivery date. I recently received the following message: "Delivery failed - we will try again. Unfortunately ***our driver:in*** your order from Digitec Galaxus AG due to ***unexpected circumstances***." What is particularly annoying is that it is announced as "delivered by the evening". You prepare for it every time, often stay at home extra - and still the delivery doesn't happen. In addition, you then have to set a new date yourself, which means even more work. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. In my opinion, such a service should not be offered if the deadlines cannot be reliably met. This causes frustration and unnecessary extra work for customers. It's a great pity - I would have expected much more reliability here.

I am looking for an alarm clock that plays the radio instead of a sound. It should also be possible to set different alarm times for individual days of the week. The display brightness should also be easy to change, or even be dimmed automatically after a certain time. A cool plus would of course be if the sound is good and the alarm clock is not too expensive. Unfortunately, I can't find anything that fulfils these criteria.

In February/March my experience with Digitec was worse than ever (I've been a customer since around 2006/07): - First they delivered the wrong product (which has lasted before), which I then returned and they then didn't send me the right product, but simply sent me a credit note because it was apparently described incorrectly. So they would have lost money on it and I didn't receive the product I ordered. The whole process from placing the order to getting my money back (and unfortunately not the correct product) took from 23 January to 19 February. - After that, I ordered a smartphone that didn't fit me at all. I then requested a return for it. I ordered the smartphone on 19 February and it took a few days before I received it. I sent it back on 3 March and it was received on 6 March. I only received my credit note on 27 March. And only after asking several times and only after I even had to pay an invoice (because Digitec had deducted 10% from the purchase price). I thought it was really bad that it took so long and I don't think it's at all customer-friendly to simply deduct 10%. I know the guidelines and was aware of them, but I think it's weak. The device was in my possession for a few days and didn't have the slightest scratch, even the film was still on it. At Swisscom, for example, it's not a problem if the packaging is open, they have a different policy. - And last Sunday I ordered something from stock. On Monday I was told that I would receive it tomorrow (i.e. today, Tuesday), as I'm used to from Digitec, but apparently they can't even manage that any more. No parcel has arrived today, it will probably be tomorrow. I know these are small things, but they're still incredibly annoying and it's just not what I'm used to from Digitec. In the most tedious case (the second, where I had to wait over three weeks for my money), they didn't even offer any goodwill. What have your experiences been like recently? Unfortunately, it feels like there are no really good alternatives to Digitec (except for certain things)

Since when does Galaxus have such a long delivery time? (The ordered items are all in stock) I ordered them this morning, now the order is not supposed to arrive until Tuesday? (I have not selected slow delivery)

I received the Netatmo smart indoor alarm siren on 10/10/2014. Today I registered a claim and after 30 seconds I received a credit note for CHF 64.00. The siren cost CHF 71.90. It cannot be that there is simply a credit note, either a replacement product must be delivered or at least the same price must be offered. I will also be happy to send you the siren back in exchange for a new one. You are welcome to contact me by e-mail. Service case: SVC7341510

Hello together I suggest to Digitec that for products shipped via Planzer Paket, an estimated delivery time of 1 - 7 days, or "sometime when it fits" is generally displayed instead of the usual "next day". This would improve communication considerably. It would be easier to decide and the expectations would be more in line with reality. Can something like this be implemented? What do you think? Kind regards Tobias

In January 2025, I sent a bug report for a central function of the website. This report was technically detailed and the bug was reproducible on 3 of 4 different platforms. The enquiry was passed back and forth with standard responses. But on the 3rd attempt, the bug was acknowledged and even fixed and then reinstalled 3 months later... In August I reported it again without receiving an answer... I don't feel taken seriously as a customer. Have you had a similar experience?

Good morning everyone! I'd like to say that I understand very little (or nothing) about projectors. I will soon be moving into a really small house, and I was looking for a projector to replace the TV. However, I have a lot of restrictions on where to put it, the aim would be to get an image of about 80-90 inches (no more, and in case a little smaller) The only two places I could put a projector would be 105 cm away or 610 cm away. Is there something not too expensive that would meet these constraints? Many thanks to those who will try to help me ❤️

Hello. We have a Nokia 3210 4G and a 6300 4g in our household, plus a CatB35 as an outdoor device + modem (usb tethering) for the laptop. All 3 devices are capable of 4G VoLTE with Swisscom and Sunrise. My question: Does VoLTE work with Salt, Spusu or Lidl Connect, does anyone have experience with it? Because these devices are not on the Spusu list.

hello folks, i have a question, i got myself a used ender 3 se (i think it's the se, there are dozens of ender 3 so to be honest i don't know which one i have, i definitely did NOT find it here, never mind .... my question about printers is .... i'm currently printing for about 28 hours ... for one figure .... if i took a more expensive one, would it be faster? .... what else is better about a 500-700 fr printer as opposed to a 260 fr piece? (i've been printing for a week now, so i'm still green behind the ears)

Hi together I have a new mainboard with only digital RGB connectors (ARGB/ D-RGB) I now have a pump that still has a 12V RGB connector. I can't use this now. Now I would need a converter or a controller that would provide the interface to convert the 12V 4-pin cable. So that this can then be plugged into a 5V 3-pin slot for ARGB/D-RGB. It would then also be controllable via the integrated AURA Sync software. Does anyone know of such converters or controllers and can recommend some products? Apparently this is supposed to exist....:-) Unfortunately, I can't find what I'm looking for. Thank you

Hello everyone I would like to start photographing animals (domestic and wild) with a camera that is a bit better than the one on my mobile :) As I am not yet very familiar with focal length, lens, etc. I would be grateful for any tips. The price should not be more than 1000. Who can recommend me a camera and lens? Kind regards

So, if I return a product in its original packaging and 10% is still deducted from the price, I will simply resell the item here in future. That can't be right... I had to switch to another item because the promised delivery date was not met, so I had to return the original item I ordered. Label on it and back. I had to pay for the shipping and now I have to pay a 10% handling fee because Galaxus didn't deliver on time. Sorry, I think that's cheeky... In addition, the item I switched to was almost 3x as expensive ^^

Hello Galaxus. When will you be launching the first Marshall Heston 120 soundbar?

In his new video, Youtuber Demian Grimm boasts about ordering from Galaxus, using the devices and sending them back during the payment period. Is that really possible?

Hi zemme I have a 34 inch screen as my main screen (work, gaming) and a 27 inch Eizo (approx. 6kg) for image editing. Now I'm planning to "park" the Eizo behind the 34 inch screen and move it either to the side or upwards if necessary (sideways rather than upwards). This is because the Eizo is only intended for image editing and not as a second monitor in the setup. Now I'm looking for a mount with a gas spring - should it be easy to move? Unfortunately, I can't find any filtering on it and have now come across the following products: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/arctic-x1-3d-tisch-40-monitor-halterung-16774488 https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/aoc-am400b-tisch-34-monitor-halterung-39114458 Any experience with the movement of the arm? Or do you have a suitable mount? Oh yes, for further, better suggestions regarding the setup - just let me know ;) Thanks already for the help! Greetings

Hello together Does anyone know of a projector that supports Airplay and Miracast? And one that supports them directly without the need to install an additional app or software. Otherwise as light as possible, but I'm not picky if it's one that can do both.

The filter for the radio reception type 'FM' should be changed to 'FM'... it means the same thing! And this cannot be done manually... it has over 300 entries... Thank you

Looks completely different now and offers no overview at all, especially if you have several eSIMs. Please make the old overview accessible again or at least when revising pages do not install any deteriorations and anti übersichen. Would be very grateful for that !

In the last few months, my orders have often only been delivered after a few days, although the shop advertised delivery the following day. A very recent example: I ordered two smaller products at around 11:00am, both of which were in stock and both showed "delivery tomorrow". I selected the post office as my preferred delivery agent and did NOT select "slow delivery". The order still said "Delivery tomorrow". On the following day, although my order said "Delivery today", it also said "0 of 2 dispatched" and none of the products had been handed over to the post office yet, i.e. it was clear that the products would not be delivered that day. The order then arrived 2 days late. In the meantime, if I really want to have the delivery guaranteed the next day, I have to have it delivered to a store and go and collect it. I realise that Digitec apparently has a high volume of orders at the moment and that there may therefore be delays in delivery. But why isn't it written in the store that the delivery may not arrive for a few days? Why do they still advertise next-day delivery if this is no longer true in most cases anyway? Have you had similar experiences with delivery times? What do you think?

@Galaxus: You only have "length" and "width" in your specifications for shower curtains. Which of these is the HEIGHT? As far as I've seen, you've created a complete mess of your own and some shower curtains seem to have been recorded incorrectly. For example, the following article: - Little Cloud Kito, 180 x 240 cm (both colours same dimensions): -- Colour Natural: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/kleine-wolke-kito-240-x-180-cm-duschvorhang-3497245 (width: 180, length: 240) -- Colour Azur: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/kleine-wolke-kito-240-x-180-cm-duschvorhang-11452617 (width: 240, length: 180) In the "Format" field, it is also recorded sometimes like this (height x width/length) and sometimes like this (width/length x height) for other curtains, as you wish. Can you please clean this up? I.e. replace one of the fields "length" and "width" with "height", and then record the dimensions correctly for all shower curtains so that height and width/length are not interchanged. Or how else can you order a certain dimension if some of them are simply entered incorrectly?

clamping width of the door would be nice (about 13mm for me)

Does anyone know of a tailgate / rear carrier for 2 e-bikes of approx. 27kg each - possibly without battery 25kg each - i.e. around 55 / 60kg total load? The filters don't provide any - it stops at 45kg. Thanks to

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Best regards, SF
