Looking for good and affordable furniture? Take Vasagle!
A significant part of my interior now consists of pieces from the Vasagle brand. Here you can find out why I'm a fan and repeat offender.
And that's how my love affair with Vasagle began: when I moved into my flat, Hamburg was in lockdown, all the furniture stores were closed and my budget was tight. So I was looking for furnishings that were stylish and affordable, as I couldn't look at them live and was therefore playing furniture roulette. While shopping online, I came across the Vasagle brand and ordered a TV bench called "Havana" in a dark brown retro look.
I got the matching "Shelfy" overbench shelf for my tumble dryer in the kitchen. I use it to store my coffee mugs and smaller utensils.
Structure and appearance
I was surprised by the value for money of the furniture as soon as I unpacked it. Sure, they are laminated chipboard - but the pieces still look high-quality. The artificial grain of the wood looks authentic and there are no wobbly table legs, as you often see on inexpensive furniture, on the Vasagle pieces. Yes, this is actually something that our customers complain about from time to time with inexpensive furniture. Especially when they are produced in China like my Vasagle pieces.
Assembly was easy for all the furniture. The shelf was up within 30 minutes, thanks to precise drill holes and the Allen key supplied. A second person would have been helpful for the TV bench, but I managed it on my own thanks to the neatly finished plug and screw connections - and with a little sweat.
Light and dark: the choice of colours makes matches easy
I no longer like the dark furniture as much because I can just see every bit of fluff on it - and since the cockatiels live with me, every feather too. However, as I like the style of my old TV bench, I simply order the same model in white. That's the beauty of the Vasagle brand: there are many pieces of furniture in several colours, so everything matches.
"Smarty": Colourful and practical
When it comes to coffee tables, it's not just about being brighter, but also a little more colourful and I opt for the "Smarty" model. A small lime green table with a basket for remote control and co. "Smarty" brings a Danish hygge vibe into the home. The table goes well with my Scandi chest of drawers and my sofa, which is also Nordic and simple. The assembly here is simple and can be done in less than a quarter of an hour. Assemble the legs, screw them to the top, insert the basket and you're done!
"Smarty" in lime green is currently not available from us, so I have linked it for you in other coloursI'm not the only one who is enthusiastic
My colleague Kim is also a fan of Vasagle, as he reported in his mini-series "Kim moves around". He ordered the "ECHO" bench some time ago and finds it "visually and in use super", as he says.
