OnePlus 10 Pro unveiled with second-generation Hasselblad camera system
OnePlus is gradually announcing its new smartphone. One day after the first pictures of the OnePlus 10 Pro, there are more details about the technical equipment - but by far not all.
The cooperation with camera manufacturer Hasselblad, which started with the OnePlus 9, goes into the second round. The brand's logo is emblazoned next to three camera lenses on the back of the OnePlus 10 Pro. With the predecessor, the cooperation was definitely not a disadvantage.
Triple camera, large battery and high frame rate.
The main and ultra-wide-angle cameras of the OnePlus 10 Pro again have a similarly high resolution. At 48 and 50 megapixels, both cameras hopefully deliver similar image quality to their predecessor. That's far from standard even for the top smartphones. Often, the ultra-wide-angle camera has a worse quality. The third camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels. It is likely to be a telephoto lens. The front camera takes selfies with 32 megapixels.
How big the "Fluid AMOLED" display is and what resolution it has, OnePlus has not yet revealed. However, the rumor mill does not expect any major changes from last year. What is certain is that the refresh rate will still go up to 120 hertz. In the OnePlus 10 Pro, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is responsible for the calculations. OnePlus also did not give any details about the memory variants yet.
The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and should be charged via cable with up to 80 watts. Wirelessly, it should be up to 50 watts. The OnePlus 10 Pro charges other devices wirelessly via "Reverse Wireless Charging". With what power is still unknown.
Android 12 is used as the operating system. Provided with the user interface OxygenOS 12, which OnePlus calls an operating system.
Price and availability
OnePlus will unveil the 10 Pro in full detail on January 11. For the time being, however, only for China. When and at what prices it will come to Europe is currently unknown. There should be more information on this in the "coming months". Probably also about the OnePlus 10, of which nothing has been seen yet.
When I was but a young student, I'd sit in my friend's living room with all my classmates and play on his SuperNES. Since then I've had the opportunity to test out all the newest technology for you. I've done reviews at Curved, Computer Bild and Netzwelt, and have now arrived at Galaxus.de.
