To keep the TUF Gaming M4 Wireless hygienic, the surfaces and side buttons are protected by the ASUS Antibacterial Guard Ionic Silver coating. Positively charged silver ions (Ag+) bond with the cell walls of negatively charged microbes and bacteria, disrupting their internal functions and preventing further growth. Antibacterial Guard has been scientifically proven to inhibit bacterial growth by more than 99% over a 24-hour period (ISO 22196 antimicrobial activity and efficacy tests conducted by Taiwan Testing Center SGS). Antibacterial Guard helps keep mouse surfaces clean and hygienic, which can reduce the spread of harmful bacteria.
