The EOS R50 is really good and quite affordable. That's why it wins the test. It is light and compact and can be operated with one hand thanks to its distinctive grip. The Canon's autofocus works at a very high speed, and it also detects the subject very accurately - even in videos. They look really good. Good sound comes from an extra microphone, the built-in one sounds a bit reverberant.
Judging by its performance in the field test, the term "entry-level camera" does not quite apply to the Canon EOS R50.
