The GT2543L has a load capacity of 39.7 lbs, extends to a height of 70.5 "and folds to 24" for transport. The center column on the tripod can be removed for the ground level set, giving the tripod its
lowest height of 6.3". The four section legs are secured with twist locks with G-Lock Ultra, which has an internal O-foot. A ring ensures that dust and particles cannot enter the leg system. The upper spider has been redesigned to improve rigidity. With large leg angle deflections, you have more freedom of movement when readjusting the leg angles. With a ballast hook on the center column, you can add weight to increase the stability of the tripod.
