The Lindy USB Type C Audio Converter is a handy adapter that allows you to connect audio devices with 3.5mm jack plugs - e.g. headphones, soundbars and microphones - to the USB Port Type C of your notebook, ultrabook or tablet. Especially light and thin notebooks are becoming more and more popular and the available interfaces are therefore becoming smaller and smaller. As a result, the Ultrabook may no longer have a port for connecting an audio device.

This converter solves the problem: via the USB port type C, external audio devices with 3.5mm jack plugs can be connected, for example to listen to music or make video calls.  The separate 3.5mm jack socket for connecting a microphone enables voice recording or conference calls.

Its small, compact form makes the converter ideal for on-the-go - the ideal complement to new generation mobile devices with their minimalist design. Installation is very easy - when the converter is connected to the notebook, the drivers are installed automatically.
