Product details
No matter what challenges your next project throws at you, the versatile Z 6II full-frame mirrorless camera is the ideal tool to turn your imagination into powerful images faster, sharper and smoother.
This is where opportunity and excellence meet - in photos and videos alike.
The Z bayonet with its large diameter and the large full-frame sensor with 24.5 MP ensure low-noise images with the highest level of detail across the exceptionally wide ISO range. With a lens speed of 1:2, the "low light autofocus" now works down to a light value of -6 EV.
Photos can be taken at 14 fps with full autofocus tracking and automatic exposure adjustment. Capture up to 200 full-resolution JPEG images or 124 uncompressed 12-bit RAW images in one burst.
Two processors double the available performance - from autofocus to buffer capacity. The conversion is silky smooth, both when filming and taking photos.
Implement workflows of any kind. You can use UHS-II SD cards in one compartment and XQD or ultra-fast CFexpress cards in the other.
Capture sharper, clearer video with greater dynamic range. Eye AF for people, dogs and cats is available when filming. And film recordings can be output to external devices if required.
The super strong and lightweight construction of this camera is made of magnesium alloy. The camera is easy to carry and so robust that it can be used anywhere. It is fully sealed to protect against dust, dirt and moisture.
Enjoy the cinematic depth of field that can be achieved with the wide range of fast-focusing and compact NIKKOR-Z lenses.
You can also use external flash units at high frame rates of up to 14 fps. The FTZ bayonet adapter ensures compatibility with over 300 NIKKOR lenses with an F bayonet. A complete overview of lens compatibilities can be found on the Nikon website.
With the Nikon SnapBridge app you can update the firmware of your camera via a smart device.
