And once again Digitec has deceived thousands of buyers... It says for all products whether they are in stock or not - except for the new iPhones. It was clear from the start who would get the new iPhone today and who would not.

And it comes as it usually does here. Even the day before, the order says "expected tomorrow" and on the day in question it is postponed for a month, if not more at the end. Do I not understand how this can happen? That I might be put off for a few days for something that is so hotly anticipated, ok. However, Digitec only notices this on the day of the planned release? Is that just "backward" of the system to calculate when it's your turn or just Digitec's way? It's like they don't know beforehand when it's going to be your turn and you can tell them honestly. Same for my 3080 graphics card back then, which I wanted to buy near pre-order-start and had to wait over a year for the nice choice: "Yes buy the more expensive TI model or tough luck." -.-

Simply unfair that you spend so much money, pre-order a week earlier, hope that it will be delivered today and then have to wait 1 month. This shows me that they just wanted to make as much money as possible with the pre-order. If you don't have these devices, then don't offer them or adjust the delivery. Simply an impertinence .... Next time you'd better buy somewhere else.

According to digitec support, the supplier is responsible for entering the quantities and delivery dates. In my opinion, digitec needs to talk to the supplier and change this situation for the benefit of customer satisfaction. digitec should have the appropriate market position to bring about a positive change even with weighty suppliers. This means that the quantities must already be entered at the time of the pre-order and it must be ensured that the orders that were placed first are also delivered first. This should also be clearly communicated to us customers, because other shops can do this too. So if a customer wants to order the iPhone one day after the order has been released, he would see that he will not receive it until mid-October and can decide to order from another shop if necessary. Supposed to arrive today for collection. No pick-up certificate, nothing. I called several times and every employee told me something different. One says it's coming today, another says it's coming in January, the next says it's coming tomorrow and so on. I know "delivery problems from apple" is all well and good, but you should know what you're talking about and have your shop under control. According to the comments, everyone is told something different anyway.

Absolute cheek what Digitec is pulling here.... I bought my iPhone 14 Pro Max (512 GB, Deep Purple) on 09.09.2022 approx. 2 minutes after the start of the pre-order. Every day the delivery date is pushed back.... As of today "Expected delivery date 08.11." As soon as I receive the smartphone at some point, I will pull down my tent here and delete the account. Simply taking the piss out of paying customers!

This is a joke, isn't it? It's already the end of October, sorry, but that can't be. I never write comments but this is an imposition.... I have been ordering from Digitec for over 10 years but this is just cheeky to say the least, to mislead customers like this with this information.
