This docking station is problematic. The laptop reports all the time that the battery is only charging slowly and as soon as the screen goes into sleep mode, the docking station no longer recognises the second screen and the laptop has to be restarted. Sometimes it even takes several attempts until the docking station recognises the 2nd screen

According to the manufacturer, it is compatible with ASUS 0A001-00265200, 0A001-00264800, 0A001-00263300, ASUS 0A001-00263300 (180 W) , but there is no information about compatibility with A22-330P1A, which we do not have in our range at the moment

Hello, This docking station is designed for Expertbook laptops, so Asus does not specify compatibility with other models.
However, since the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED is equipped with Thunderbolt 4, it is compatible with all Thunderbolt-based docking devices.
The only drawback you might encounter is incompatibility with functions such as syncing the power button with the laptop when docking.

Sadly, according to Asus, the docking station is compatible with ASUS ExpertBook (P series CML platform,B,L series).
