Yes, I have always had good experiences with Corsair Vengeance RAM on Ryzen systems :)
What do you think you can achieve with 4000 and co. if your CPU is only designed for up to 2666 Mhz? It won't be any more, you can put whatever you want into it.

According to the MSI homepage, the board is not. It is also important to mention
XMP speed support may be limited when using a non-K CPU

Will they work fine with swiss power cable? Last time i tried this, i lost the smoke that were stored in the RAM modules, so i had to catch it and put them pack into the RAM stick. :D :D
