You'll have to ask DIGITEC.CH. I have no idea.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reply because I received an incorrect delivery. Instead of Solarpowerback, I received wet wipes. JRU
I used the PowerBank for three weeks in Nepal. It's very difficult without electricity. It is enough to keep the mobile battery constant (e.g. always at 15%), but not to charge your mobile. And the PowerBank itself charges very slowly, of course. For emergencies, however, it is always enough if you mount the PowerBank on your backpack and it can charge all day.
Yes, a short USB-A to USB-C cable
I assume it means that the power bank is always switched on. At least that's how I've always interpreted it
I think it works when it flashes. However, I don't know genau✌🏻
We know nothing about this.
I am basically not satisfied with the product. The solar panel is too small to get a full charge in a useful period of time. I can imagine that this is even more difficult in the car (especially when driving) with frequent changes of light and shade.
I did it that way and it worked to America/Orlando and back. Both times I had to explain to the officer at the hand luggage check that it was a powerbank. After that it was ok
As far as I know, both are the same, except for the colour and the weight. But I don't see any difference in terms of performance...
mine is 3 but is probably also an ali product... :-)
Hello You will probably have to add customs and delivery costs.
After conversion, the unit has 56.28 Wh (26.8 Ah * 2.1 A) - at least according to the Qatar Airways formula. Then you should be able to take this device with you. However, it is best to contact Qatar Airways directly. I have also heard that you are not allowed to take more than 20'000mAh with you... https://www.qatarairways.com/de-ch/baggage/restricted.html
yes, indeed. It charges when you expose it to sunlight. It might take a bit longer to fully charge. Also it depends on the weather as well. But even on cloudy days you might get a little bit of charge out of it.
According to the information at our disposal, it seems to weigh 556g.
If the order is recent, we invite you to take advantage of the DOA (Dead On Arrival) period by contacting customer service via https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/fr/requests/new so that our staff can offer you a solution as soon as possible.
It has quite a weight and the holder for the backpack is not optimal. But the device is very good.
Hello, iPhone, iPad and other smartphones can be charged with the Elzle. For Mac Book and other laptops, you need power banks with a DC connection, e.g. Xtorm, just have a look at Youtube, there are lots of them.
It says 26800mAh/3.7V( 99Wh) on the unit
Thank you very much for pointing this out. We will gladly forward this to the responsible third party dealer and hope that this will be checked in a timely manner.
5 volts * 2.1 amps = 10.5 watts. So no, that is "only" enough for mobile phones.
Hello I compared the listing on Amazon and at first glance it looks amazingly similar. But beware! The Amazon listing is a replica from China, not the original from Elzle. (Reference below!) I would therefore advise against buying it and prefer to invest in a safe original product. In addition, Digitec offers simple processing, service and shipping options, which is unfortunately not so easy with Amazon. Reference to this is given by the provider "AlzleDirect" in the imprint: Business name: shenzhenshi bodaonengyuan youxiangongsi Business address: longhuaqu guanlanjiedao tianqianlu12hao tianbeixingongyequ Bdong2lou shenzhen guangdong 518110 CN Please, do not buy a fake China product which is offered on Amazon and Aliexpress and Wish at a fractional price.
